Personally, I think it’s a great idea to do projects yourself as there are many benefits beyond just the cost savings..You can learn something new! For anyone interested in how things work, this is just another opportunity to learn.It’s fun! Great satisfaction can be had in accomplishing what you set out to do.However, despite my advocating for such an approach, not everyone is interested or has the time to do all that needs to be done.
